Terms of Service

1. 1These Terms set the rules of using the aievolutionlabs.io website and of services provided by AI Evolution Labs LTD.
2. 2The website operator and service provider is AI Evolution Labs LTD, a company registered in Jersey, Channel Islands, trading as AI Evolution Labs. Contact: agent@aievolutionlabs.io.
3. 3The website is informational and contact-oriented - there is no login panel, user accounts or online store.
4. 4Use of the website is voluntary and free. Only services individually ordered by the Client under a separate agreement or quote are paid.
5. 5Placing an order or accepting a quote constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

– a complimentary pack of 3 AI creatives delivered to the Client for evaluation before any paid purchase - fully non-binding

AI Evolution Labs offers the following B2B services:

1. 1Free Demo Pack - always 3 complimentary AI creatives for your brand. Completely free, non-binding, no hidden costs. After the Demo you may, but are not obligated to, move on to a paid pack.
2. 2AI Ads Pack - premium AI ad creatives in three tiers: Starter (£199, one-off pack), Pro (£499, expanded multi-format pack), Premium (£799, 2-month ongoing creative partnership).
3. 3AI Agents - design and deployment of custom AI agents and virtual workers for businesses.
4. 4AI Web Development - modern websites and web apps with built-in AI features.
5. 5AI Marketing - campaigns, content and marketing strategies powered by AI.
6. 6AI Video Production - professional video content created with AI.
7. 7Consultations, AI and Vibe Coding training, and custom implementations.

1. 1Each service is quoted individually after the contact form is submitted and a conversation with the Client takes place.
2. 2Work begins after both parties confirm the scope and terms and - for paid services - after the agreed payment (deposit or full amount) is made.
3. 3The standard turnaround for ad creatives (Free Demo and AI Ads Pack Starter) is typically up to 48 business hours from brief confirmation. In periods of extreme workload we reserve the right to extend delivery up to a maximum of 5 business days - any delay will be communicated to the Client in advance by email.
4. 4Other tiers: AI Ads Pack Pro - within 10 business days; AI Ads Pack Premium (2-month) - weekly delivery schedule agreed individually; AI Agents / Web Dev / Video - quoted and scheduled per project.
5. 5The Client undertakes to provide reference materials (brand overview, images, guidelines) necessary for the work. Delivery time starts when complete materials are received.

1. 1Prices are quoted in GBP (£) or PLN depending on the offer. For consumers we always quote final prices including any taxes. In B2B settlements VAT may be added in line with the rules of the Client's country (for intra-EU transactions the reverse charge mechanism usually applies).
2. 2Payments are made by bank transfer or other individually agreed methods. We do not accept payments directly on the website.
3. 3Invoices are issued by AI Evolution Labs LTD (Jersey, Channel Islands) in accordance with the law of its place of registration and the VAT rules applicable to the given transaction.
4. 4The Free Demo Pack is 100% free of charge and carries no purchase obligation on the Client's side.

1. 1All content published on aievolutionlabs.io is protected by copyright and belongs to AI Evolution Labs or our partners.
2. 2Materials delivered to the Client as part of the AI Ads Pack include a full commercial license for use in the Client's marketing activities.
3. 3Code, designs and AI agents delivered under web/agent services transfer to the Client upon full payment, while the Provider retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio.
4. 4Quoting fragments of website content is allowed with proper attribution. Copying and commercial use without consent is prohibited.

By ordering any advertising service (Free Demo or any AI Ads tier), the Client - upon the start of work - grants the Provider the following royalty-free, non-exclusive consent:

1. 1To publish the Client's logo, name, brand identity and the delivered ad creatives on aievolutionlabs.io (in particular in the Portfolio / Projects / Ads Gallery / Testimonials sections).
2. 2To use the above materials on the Provider's social media, sales decks, case studies and presentations for demonstration and marketing purposes.
3. 3The Client may withdraw consent at any time by writing to agent@aievolutionlabs.io - we will remove the materials within 14 business days. Withdrawal is not retroactive (e.g. it does not cover printed materials or already-published posts).
4. 4If the Client does not wish such use, please raise it in writing BEFORE work starts - the materials will then not be added to our portfolio.

1. 1The Provider exercises the utmost care when delivering services, providing results consistent with the agreed scope.
2. 2Informational content on the website is educational and does not constitute legal, tax or investment advice.
3. 3The Provider is not responsible for business outcomes (e.g. ad campaign performance) which depend on external factors - platform algorithms, budget, quality of the Client's offer.
4. 4The Provider is not liable for website downtime caused by technical issues on the hosting or third-party provider side.
5. 5The Provider's total liability for a given service is limited to the amount actually paid by the Client for that service. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits and data loss is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. 6The above limitations do not apply to the extent liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, in particular in cases of wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, and towards consumers as regards their rights under mandatory European Union law.

AI Agents are probabilistic systems whose behaviour depends on language models, input data and third-party integrations. The Client acknowledges and accepts that:

1. 1An AI Agent may make mistakes, generate inaccurate answers (so-called hallucinations) or react unexpectedly to atypical end-user queries.
2. 2The Provider is NOT liable for any direct, indirect, financial, reputational or legal damages that an AI Agent may cause to the Client's company, its customers or third parties during operation - in particular for the content of generated responses, actions taken by the agent, integrations with the Client's systems and third-party API costs.
3. 3As part of every deployment the Provider runs the Client through a full onboarding covering how the agent works, its limitations and how to use it safely (best practices, monitoring, guardrails). The Client receives documentation and implementation support to consciously and safely unlock the agent's full potential.
4. 4The Client is responsible for supervising the agent in production, including the final decision on actions taken by the agent, verification of recommendations and ensuring lawful use (GDPR, consumer law, industry-specific regulations).
5. 5Any critical use cases (medical, financial advisory, legal decisions) require mandatory human oversight - the AI Agent acts as an assistant, not as a replacement for a qualified expert.

1. 1Articles published in the /blog section are largely generated automatically using artificial intelligence (LLM models provided by the Lovable AI Gateway) and subsequently edited by the Provider's team.
2. 2Despite due diligence, the content may contain inaccuracies, outdated data, or factual or stylistic errors typical of generative AI.
3. 3The Provider gives NO warranty as to the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of published articles and is NOT responsible for the consequences of decisions made by the Reader solely on their basis. Articles are educational and inspirational in nature.
4. 4Spotted errors can be reported to agent@aievolutionlabs.io - we will gladly update the content.

1. 1It is forbidden to use the website in a way that violates the law, good practices or third-party rights.
2. 2Unauthorized access attempts, DDoS attacks, mass scraping and any actions harming the website are prohibited.
3. 3Sending unlawful content, spam or content violating others' dignity through the contact form is prohibited.

1. 1Complaints about services provided may be submitted to: agent@aievolutionlabs.io.
2. 2A complaint should include the Client's details, a description of the issue and the expected resolution.
3. 3We respond within 14 business days. For creative services (AI Ads Pack) we provide the agreed number of revision rounds as standard.

We work mainly B2B, however if the Client is a consumer within the meaning of European Union law, the following rights under mandatory legislation apply (including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and Directive 2019/770 on digital content):

1. 1The right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving a reason, by emailing agent@aievolutionlabs.io.
2. 2If the consumer expressly requests that work start before that period ends and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed, the withdrawal right expires upon full performance. If withdrawing mid-delivery, the consumer pays proportionally for the part already performed.
3. 3The right to conformity of the service with the contract and to repair, price reduction or a refund in case of non-conformity, in line with the consumer law of the consumer's country of residence.
4. 4The right to use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and the EU online dispute resolution platform where available for the case.
5. 5The Free Demo Pack is entirely free of charge, so it creates no financial obligations and no purchase requirement.

1. 1The data controller is AI Evolution Labs LTD, a company registered in Jersey, Channel Islands. We process data in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018.
2. 2Processing rules, retention periods, the list of processors, information on international transfers and the full list of your rights are described in the Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy.
3. 3Where the Client entrusts us with personal data of third parties (e.g. its own customers), the Client acts as controller and the Provider as processor. On request we conclude a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) compliant with GDPR Art. 28.
4. 4The website does not use a cookie consent banner because we only use essential technical cookies and anonymous statistics, which do not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive.

1. 1We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms.
2. 2We notify you of changes by publishing a new version on this page with the update date.
3. 3Changes do not affect the acquired rights of Clients who entered into a contract before the changes took effect.

1. 1Contracts concluded with the Provider are governed by the law of Jersey (Channel Islands), as the place of registration of AI Evolution Labs LTD.
2. 2This choice of law does not deprive a consumer resident in the European Union of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence (Article 6 of the Rome I Regulation). A consumer may also bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
3. 3In B2B relations the parties will seek to resolve disputes amicably and, failing agreement, the courts of Jersey have jurisdiction.
4. 4Regardless of the governing law, personal data of individuals in the EU/EEA is processed in accordance with the GDPR.
5. 5If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force and the invalid provision is replaced by the statutory rule closest to its purpose.
